After years of use, I replaced my Saeco machine with the Bosch B20.I did a lot of research, and I think this is a great machine for the money.It is fast to start up, and it makes great coffee and espresso.The steam rod/hot water dispenser is also top notch.The Germans do a great job engineering a great boiler.Water is super hot and there is no wait.If you make tea, it is a lot faster than waiting for a kettle.
I never had any customer service issues, so I cannot really address the machine from that angle.Finding the cleaning pods was not that hard, IMHO.
The only complain I have is that the water tank is a small, and must be refilled often if you drink a lot of coffee or make a lot when you have guests.

I have bought several brands of coffee mills over many years, including Braun, Krups and Starbucks.
I drink strong black coffee. After sampling all the bold brew T-Discs available, and prior to the release of Starbuck's Africa Kitamu, I was a faithful user of their Verona discs. That all changed with my first sip of the Africa Kitamu coffee. The strength is decidedly bold but not bitter. The best description may be that it is very smooth. It is absolutely delicious, and Africa is now my first choice and new favorite. 
I've tried the Gevalia cappuccino and this brand, and the Maxwell house is much less expensive, and every bit as good.Nice smooth flavor, not quite as strong with the expresso as I would like but still very good.This is going to be a regular selection for me because of its better value for the money-the other brand doesn't have enough of a difference in flavor to make up for the difference in price!
I have enjoyed my Mr Coffeemaker. It brews fast and quietly and the coffee stays hot which is a real plus.
I absolutely love this brewer for my daily tea and I now go out of my way to seek out loose whole tea, which is so much better than the powder you find with most tea bags.Yes you can use tea bags, but you will finish them up and be like me and seek out the flavor of loose tea.
I bought this for the purpose that the machine was designed for, drinking coffee on the go. It's not the traditional coffeemaker that's used for sipping coffee while lounging around reading the newspaper on a Saturday morning. But, it's very convenient, since there is no carafe to wash or worry about. It's also a quick brewing maker. The coffee tastes very good, but don't expect to let it sit there since there's no hot plate. I suggest brewing it right before you leave and put the thermos top on right away. The machine is the bare minimum in bells and whistles (one button, the on or brew button). The two thermos' are very nice and keep the beverage fresh and warm for usually 2-3 hours. The only complaint that I have about the whole product is the thermos tops though. They are very tricky to drink out of without dribbling... a bad thing if you're driving in traffic, and one that could have embarrasing consequences on your pants or shirt if you're going straight to work. If you can master that though this would be a well recommended purchase.
