I've enjoyed this coffee maker for nearly 2 years.I have one at home, and I'm ordering another one for the office.I still get compliments on its contemporary styling.The convenient list of features really delivers.I will never again own a coffee maker that does not have a water filter.I don't understand some of the negative reviews here: First, my carafe has never broken, and second, I never have any problems pouring in the water as long as I exercise a little commonsense.Some people are blaming the product because they can't pour water properly?At any rate, it's a great value and a truly cool coffeemaker.
